Would you like to post your organization's event on our Community Calendar?  If so, we have set things up so that you can do so yourself!  Please note, in order for an event to be included, it must be fully inclusive and open to all residents of Exeter Township. 

What we need from you:

  1. You need to be registered on our site, and logged in to use the calendar.
  2. Send an email to exeter@exetertownship.com (or call Eric at 610-779-5660) with the following information:  Your name, the organization you are representing, your registered user name on this website, and an idea of what type of events you will want to post.

How it works:

  1. Once you are granted the permissions necessary to add to the Community Calendar, you will be sent instructions on how to use it.
  2. Before an event is visible publically, it must be approved to ensure appropriate content.  An admin will be notified automatically after an event is created and it will be reviewed.
  3. If the event is deemed to be inappropriate, you will be contacted by email to discuss the issue, otherwise the event will be approved and then be visible publically.
  4. Since you are the creator of the event, you will be able to edit or delete it as-needed.
  5. If you would only like one event listed, with no expectation of any others in the future, the above may be too cumbersome for a one-time thing.  In this case, send an email to exeter@exetertownship.com with the following info:  Your name, your organization, the title of the event, the date and time, the location, the EXACT text you want as the description/details of the event, and any documents you want attached with the calendar entry.
